4As soon as the circumstances permit after the filing of a regulation, the King’s Printer shall publish the regulation in accordance with subsection 3(2) of the King’s Printer Act.

4(1)Within one month after the filing of a regulation, the Registrar shall publish the regulation in The Royal Gazette or in any other manner that the Lieutenant-Governor in Council directs.
4(2)The Minister may extend by order the time for publication of a regulation and a copy of the order shall be published with the regulation.
